Job Description: Make sure that our guests feel at home by providing the best personal service.Handling check-in and check-out procedures.Customer service.Handling requests, enquiries and complaints from guests.Answer phone calls, emails, booking requests and all general correspondence and administration in front office.Responsible for the cash register during your shift.Upselling and Cross-selling of our products and services.Positive attitude and passion to work in the hotel industry.Relevant work experience at the Front Office.German, English and preferably Spanish.Flexibility in working days and hours.Previous experience with PMS system SAP will be highly valued.Commitment, stress-resistant, responsible, dynamic, ability to learn, well-presented, customer-oriented, team spirit, strong organizational and multitasking skills.Role: Recepcionist para hotel en BERLIN
