The Property Group is seeking experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to work from our Marbella office.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage your own sales and listings.Manage leads provided by the company (TPG).Tour clients to viewings.Generate new direct listings.Networking & Events.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies. Required Qualifications/Skills:
Proven experience in real estate sales.Self-discipline & relentlessness.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in Spanish and English; other languages an advantage. Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Experience in the Marbella real estate market.Established network of contacts in the real estate industry. Salary/Benefits:
