The OpportunitySupport the management of office lease contracts for Puig offices worldwide, within the Beauty & Fashion division, as well as assisting in the coordination of fit-out projects worldwide according to the Puig corporate guidelines and internal processes.
What you'll get to doPlanning: Assist in tracking lease expiration dates and help coordinate necessary actions with different stakeholders.Support the setup of project timelines for new leases, renewals, or fit-out projects, whether for new offices or reforms.Help gather data for project budgets and assist in the CapEx process.Provide support in aligning office-related projects with Puig's strategic objectives.Performance: Assist in managing Puig's office real estate portfolio globally, focusing on lease contract administration, within the Beauty and Fashion division.Collaborate with Real Estate team and Puig's Real Estate key account for lease renewals and contract management.Help maintain tools to monitor the status of lease agreements and office projects.Support the coordination of renovations or relocations in partnership with external brokers and internal legal teams.Contribute to implementing office design changes based on Puig's workplace standards, working closely with other teams.Attend project meetings and provide support in organizing logistics and communications with vendors, local project managers, and designers.Coordinate together with the Puig's Project Manager key account on the strategy to follow for each project.Help prepare layouts for minor office refurbishment projects managed internally.Update workplace data related to occupancy and space usage across Puig offices worldwide.Identify potential risks and areas for improvement, proposing ideas for better processes and solutions.Control: Redefine, implement and verify the KPIs and SLAs defined for the area.Assist in tracking the budget on each project, according to the CapEx forecast defined.Assist in tracking project on the construction works, in accordance to local business' needs.Support the regular reporting and monitoring of progress on ongoing office projects.We'd love to meet you if you haveExperience: At least 5 years in the area of Real Estate & Project Management.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Technical Engineering.Languages: English fluent.
