What will your responsibilities be?
You will be responsible for coordinating the commercial and administrative operations of the real estate office to ensure that the activity is as productive and efficient as possible:
• Customer service: attend to clients through all communication channels of the agency (in person, phone, email, social media).
• Commercial management: lead management, CRM updates, commercial agenda.
• Administrative management: creation, control, and organization of administrative processes and documents generated by the agency's activity.
• Online Marketing: creation and publication of content on partner portals and the agency's social media, and development of the brand image at the local level.
• Communication: support and coordination of communication between clients, advisors, and managers to minimize downtime and streamline activity.
• Support for the agency director: assist in various tasks and act as the Director's right-hand person.
• Real estate advice: depending on the agency's needs and your preference, you can also act as a real estate advisor.

Are you the person we are looking for if you have…?
• At least 3 years of experience as a real estate agency coordinator, real estate advisor, administrative in the real estate sector, lawyer, property manager, preferably in the premium and/or luxury segment.
• Higher education: at least an Advanced Vocational Training in Administrative, Commercial, or Marketing Management, preferably a Diploma/Degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, or Law. Profiles with a background in law and commercial experience will be highly valued.
• Excellent commercial management skills: organized, systematic, and goal-oriented.
• A proactive and solution-oriented attitude with a passion for well-done work and a clear focus on customer and advisor satisfaction.
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Valencia city and surroundings.
• Native-level Spanish and excellent English, both written and spoken (at least C1 with stays in English-speaking countries). Other languages are highly valued (German, Dutch, French, Russian, Chinese, Arabic).
• Fluent handling of office tools (Office, Google Suite). Experience with CRM and social media is valued.
