We also legally assist any business that may have an impact on real estate assets directly or indirectly: Wills, Inheritances, Donations, Economic Matrimonial Regime, dealings with Notaries and the Land Registry among others. Accountabilities Conflict or complaint prevention; Preparation of legal Due Diligences of the real estate asset; Organization and control of the legal documentation of the file; Vocation for helping and being in contact with people to assist them in civil matters that have an impact on real estate assets: marriage, inheritance, etc; Carry out the day-to-day administrative task related to the department; Contact with public bodies in Spanish (Town Hall, Notaries, etc); Solving day-to-day queries What's in it for you? Knowledge about urban planning law and land regulation. Property due diligence and review necessary documents. Experience with licensing, zoning and registration of real estate property within the city halls and real estate register. A passion for developing strategic partnerships and providing support to Marketing in generating content and campaigns. A collaborative, flexible, and positive can-do attitude - always willing to learn and help steer the team to work well together.
