Manage real estate projects with the client and advise on risks. Advice on anti-money laundering and terrorist financing. RequirementsLaw degree with a specialization in Real Estate LawMinimum experience of 2 years in the real estate area of a law firm or in the legal department of a company in the sector.Knowledge of urban planning regulations and current real estate legislation.Capacity for analysis, negotiation and effective communication skills.Proficiency in Spanish and English (level C1 or higher); other languages will bean asset.
