Functions

Handling a wide range of real estate transactions (buildings, 2nd residence, new construction, off-plan sales, lease-back, etc.).
Negotiation of transactions to assist 100% international clients.
Drafting of reservation contracts, NDA, LOIS, Leases, Purchase Options, Sale Promises, etc., and preparation of legal Due Diligence.
Preparing transaction closings. Manage real estate projects with the client and advise on risks. Advice on anti-money laundering and terrorist financing.

Requirements

Law degree with a specialization in Real Estate Law
Minimum experience of 2 years in the real estate area of a law firm or in the legal department of a company in the sector.
Knowledge of urban planning regulations and current real estate legislation.
Capacity for analysis, negotiation and effective communication skills.
Proficiency in Spanish and English (level C1 or higher); other languages will be an asset.
