Responsibilities: As a real estate telemarketer, you'll play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Providing information about available properties and services to potential buyers.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Collaborating with our sales team to meet targets and achieve sales objectives.
Updating customer databases and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Requirements: We're looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience as a real estate telemarketer.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales acumen and the ability to persuade and influence others.
Proficiency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools: Inmoba and Resales online.
