· Luxury Real Estate Expertise: Preferably experienced in the luxury property market in Marbella, including acquisition, valuation, presentation, and sales.
· Tech-Savvy : High proficiency in computer and literacy skills.
· Professional Presence: Highly presentable with a positive, focused mindset.
· Personable and Motivational: Confident, approachable, and motivational personality.
· Local Knowledge: Extensive understanding of the Costa del Sol, particularly Marbella and its surroundings.
· Transportation: Own a car and hold a valid Spanish driving licence.
· Legal Requirements: Must have Spanish residency with the right to work in Spain.
