WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Experience as a property consultant (It´s a must).- Fluent in English (It´s a must).- Other languages will be a plus.- Positive and entrepreneur attitude.- Resolutive person with negotiation skills.- Good presence and excellent communication skills.- Committed, perseverant and responsable.- User usability of computer applications (Google Suite).WHAT WILL BE YOUR FUNCTIONS?- Prospecting and property acquisition.- Cold calls and prospection in the assigned area.- Property valuation reports.- Advice to sellers and buyers.- Client follow-up.- Visits to properties.
WHAT WE OFFER?- Permanent contract.- Fixed monthly salary + high sales commissions.- Office hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 till 14:00 and 16:00 till 19:00.- Coffee and water.
