WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Experience as a property consultant (It´s a must). - Fluent in English (It´s a must). - Other languages will be a plus. - Positive and entrepreneur attitude. - Resolutive person with negotiation skills. - Good presence and excellent communication skills. - Committed, perseverant and responsable. - User usability of computer applications (Google Suite). WHAT WILL BE YOUR FUNCTIONS? - Prospecting and property acquisition. - Cold calls and prospection in the assigned area. - Property valuation reports. - Advice to sellers and buyers. - Client follow-up. - Visits to properties. WHAT WE OFFER? - Permanent contract. - Fixed monthly salary high sales commissions. - Office hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 till 14:00 and 16:00 till 19:00. - Coffee and water.
