We (Torre) are helping Remote Latinos find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Real Estate Closer and Cold Caller.
Compensation: USD8/hour + Bonuses (up to 3% of base compensation).
Location: Remote (for Colombia, México, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador and Spain).

What makes you a strong candidate: Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management), client communication, document management, and Microsoft Excel.Spanish - Native or fully fluent.English - Native or fully fluent.Key Responsibilities: Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage real estate contracts and documentation for accuracy and compliance.Transaction Coordination: Oversee transactions from start to finish, coordinating with all parties involved.Paperwork Management: Ensure all paperwork is orderly and up to date.Client and Team Communication: Maintain effective communication to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.Non-Negotiable Requirements: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.Experience Level: High seniority with strong administrative and back-office background.CRM Experience: Proficiency in CRM systems.REI Background: Experience in Real Estate Investment.Job benefits: Healthy work environment.
