ResponsibilitiesProvide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volumeDevelop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our businessMeet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a homeConsistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities"Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customersGather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homesQualificationsA proven record of sales experience and success is preferredCurrently have or are studying for your Washington State or Oregon State Real Estate LicenseCoachabilitySelf-motivation and driveFull-time Team and individual Agent availability AS WELL AS A Part-time individual agent who can plug in to our events and online training.Self motivated and able to perform tasks independentlyPast sales experience is preferredWillingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologiesTop-notch time management skills and highly organizedAbility to communicate effectively (oral and written)Compensation$75,000 - $150,000 yearly
