Responsibilities Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
"Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
Qualifications A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
Currently have or are studying for your Washington State or Oregon State Real Estate License
Coachability
Self-motivation and drive
Full-time Team and individual Agent availability AS WELL AS A Part-time individual agent who can plug in to our events and online training.
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
Past sales experience is preferred
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Compensation $75,000 - $150,000 yearly
