Join our esteemed team and be part of our journey to enter the real estate market in Altea.Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Altea. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a sharp eye to see the possibilities in every property, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves working closely with clients to help them find their dream homes, investment properties, or vacation retreats.Key Responsibilities: Representing SkandiaMäklarna Altea in a professional and ethical manner. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service. Conducting property viewings and tours, highlighting the features and benefits of each property. Negotiating sales transactions to achieve the best outcomes for our clients. Staying up-to-date with market trends, property values, and the local real estate market. Developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote properties. Managing property listings, including writing compelling descriptions and taking high-quality photographs. Requirements: Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent. Communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. Proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian, English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. In-depth knowledge of the Altea real estate market and surrounding areas. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Valid driver's license. Real estate license in Spain is desirable.
