About the Role Svensk Fastighetsförmedling is expanding in Spain and is now seeking several passionate real estate agents to join our office in Fuengirola. If you have a knack for sales and are driven by achieving high customer satisfaction, you'll thrive here. As a part of our dedicated team of four, you will actively work to find attractive properties, match customers' preferences, and help diverse clientele find their new homes. Responsibilities Include: Initiating contact and conducting needs analysisMeeting with customers planning to buy property in SpainBuilding long-term customer relationshipsShowing properties and neighborhoodsSupporting customers with housing-related inquiriesAbout You To excel in this role, you should be passionate about customer interactions, building long-term relationships, and exceeding customer expectations. Structured work habits and the ability to work independently are crucial, as we often operate at a fast pace with multiple concurrent processes where prioritization and organization are key to achieving results.
Requirements: Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and writtenPrevious experience in real estate and/or property brokerageGood knowledge of Fuengirola and surrounding areasDriver's license and good driving skillsHigh digital proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systemsAdditional language skills are advantageousStrong teamwork skills and a collaborative spiritSounds Exciting?
