Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Previous experience in real estate and/or property brokerage
Good knowledge of Fuengirola and surrounding areas
Driver's license and good driving skills
High digital proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Additional language skills are advantageous
Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative spirit
