Real Estate Agent - Marbella/Estepona Spanien

In the role of a Real Estate Agent with Property listing responsibilities, you will play a central and versatile role in our sales team. You will have ongoing contact with both buyers and sellers, and you will be responsible for identifying and managing new property listings for sale. This creates a dynamic and varied workday with a fast pace. You will have significant responsibility for structuring your work, and there are ample opportunities for personal development.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Creatively and enthusiastically identifying buyers and showcasing properties. Contacting property owners who have expressed interest in selling. Visiting properties that are for sale and conducting valuations. Building long-term customer relationships. Who are we looking for?
To succeed in the role of a Real Estate Agent with Property listing responsibilities, we see that you:
Enjoy creating long-term customer relationships and are accustomed to fast-paced work. Have the ability to take initiative and thrive in independent work while also offering creative solutions. Have previous sales experience, especially in outbound sales. Possess a valid driver's license and excellent driving skills.
