Real Estate Agent - Marbella

We are a Swedish real estate company with more than 50 franchises located across Europe and Thailand. We are looking for a successful real estate agent to join our collaborative team in Marbella. If you are self-motivated, sales-driven, and have extensive knowledge of Costa del Sol, then we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:

Receive and contact new leads by phone and email
Call our database of prospective buyers and follow up with clients
Develop property listings by reaching out to potential sellers
Upload and promote your own listings on our website and other CRM platforms

Requirements:

Previous sales experience in the Marbella real estate market
Extensive knowledge of Marbella and surrounding areas
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A valid European driving license and personal car
Willingness to work on a 100% commission freelance basis (autónomo)
Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Spanish and/or another European language is a big plus!
