Role Description We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to spearhead our operations in Costa del Sol.
This full-time role will have a hybrid setup, allowing for a blend of remote and in-field work.
The Real Estate Agent will be instrumental in supporting both local clients and those from Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia by helping them find ideal properties in Costa del Sol.
The role includes conducting transactions, providing exceptional customer service, facilitating sales, and managing various real property matters.
Responsibilities Conduct real estate transactions and provide high-quality service to both local and Baltic clientele.
Assist clients in finding suitable properties for purchase, rental, or relocation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and property managers.
Stay informed about local real estate market trends and property opportunities.
Offer guidance and support throughout the buying or renting process.
Qualifications Strong understanding of the Costa del Sol real estate market.
Skills in customer service, sales, and negotiation.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
In-depth knowledge of Costa del Sol's real estate market trends.
Experience in property management is a plus.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required; proficiency in Latvian,Lithuanian, or Estonian will be considered an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
