Work with us today and be part of one of the top real estate agencies in Spain where your success is guaranteed Main responsibilities Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with owners whilst ensuring company commission policy is in place. Manage client relationships – giving regular feedback and reports to vendors on market status and properties listed with Lucas Fox Business development in the area(s) assigned, by farming potential properties to list, network activities, etc Deal with allocated clients from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post completion of the sales deals Manage the full sales cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers in order to close deals Keep the CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activity Requirements Previous experience in commercial areas - specific knowledge of Girona's key areas. Fluent in English, Spanish and Catalán (other languages are a plus).
