Are you an experienced real estate agent looking for an agency with colleagues and a management that cares and wants to help you succeed?

As a real estate agent, your responsibilities will include: Identifying and contacting buyers who want to buy their dream home or invest in a property. Ongoing contact with both buyers and sellers, responsible for identifying and managing new properties to be sold. Creating long-term customer relationships and working efficiently. Taking initiative and working independently while offering creative solutions. Flexible working hours; being available for viewings when customers are available. Who we are looking for: We are looking for an experienced and driven real estate agent who loves sales and business.
The ability to take initiative, work independently, and provide creative solutions are key attributes for success in this position.
Focus on the customer and value good collaboration with each other, our sister offices, and all our partners, as well as good organizing skills and relationship building.

You must have a driving license and your own car, speak fluently in English and Swedish, and fluency in a third language like Dutch, German, or French is an advantage.

Previous experience within the real estate business on this coast and a proven track record of sales is a huge advantage.

You will have a specific area within the district to focus on.
