Our approach sets us apart from traditional agencies. We provide personalized assistance to English-speaking buyers in all their administrative procedures, from property searches to the moment of purchase.
We work exclusively for a client base that has already subscribed to our service mandate. This ensures that our sales are secured by clients who have appointed us.
Due to the high demand for real estate purchases by English speakers from around the globe, we are in great need to recruit Real Estate Agents (M/F).
Your mission???? Accompany clients throughout the search and purchase process (administrative tasks, arranging visits, providing advice, etc.)
???? Negotiate with local agencies in Spain on behalf of our American clients
???? Ensure that the properties offered to clients are suitable for their needs
???? We already have a client portfolio; your role is to provide the best possible purchasing experience.
Compensation???? Full-time permanent contract, 40 hours per week for 2 months (including trial period), then full-time permanent contract, 40 hours per week
???? Fixed salary + attractive commissions
Profile wanted???? Fluent in English and Spanish
???? Holder of a B driving license and own vehicle
???? Living in Barcelona / Malaga / Valencia or nearby
???? Well-groomed appearance
???? Good knowledge of the Spanish territory
???? Experience in real estate is a plus
