This ensures that our sales are secured by clients who have appointed us.Due to the high demand for real estate purchases by English speakers from around the globe, we are in great need to recruit Real Estate Agents (M/F).Your mission Accompany clients throughout the search and purchase process (administrative tasks, arranging visits, providing advice, etc.)Negotiate with local agencies in Spain on behalf of our American clientsEnsure that the properties offered to clients are suitable for their needsProvide the best possible purchasing experience using our existing client portfolio.Compensation Full-time permanent contract, 40 hours per week for 2 months (including trial period), then full-time permanent contract, 40 hours per weekFixed salary + attractive commissionsProfile wanted Fluent in English and SpanishHolder of a B driving license and own vehicleLiving in Barcelona / Malaga / Valencia or nearbyWell-groomed appearanceGood knowledge of the Spanish territoryExperience in real estate is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
