Job Description: Working as a core member of our CIO Office team, you will partner with the IT departments and support functions and act as a trusted advisor. You will help to maximize the value from IT investments, capabilities, and assets to support our IT strategy.
The CIO Office function includes but is not limited to: Strategy Realization, Strategic Vendor Management, Communications & Change Management, Performance Management, Operational Excellence and IT Finance.
IT Finance Specific Responsibilities: Ensures that Finance strategies and objectives are aligned with the objectives and needs of IT Operations.Act as a strategic partner on IT Finance topics to the department leaders, including Corporate, Business and Regions; understanding their activities, challenges and to drive alignment across organizational structures.Ensure IT Finance strategies are aligned with the IT Target Operating Model (frameworks, structures, processes, and roles).Understand strategic initiatives and objectives to ensure cohesion across the organization in terms of finance processes and procedures.Partner closely with the IT Controller to ensure alignment of Controlling KPI, management reporting and analysis to ensure correct level of transparency to drive informed decision making.Improve current finance aspect of IT operational processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing finance processes, and help define new operational finance strategies.Partner with PMO and Digital Projects to ensure structure and usability of IT Project Costing in both Project Management activities and for Financial Reporting and Project Cost Management.Ability to define the functional requirements of the IT Finance processes that can be translated for implementation in ServiceNow, where it brings benefits to IT Operations.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or master's with relevant IT and Finance background.Relevant Senior management experience, with minimum 10 years' experience.Understanding of IT Operating Models and Technology Business Management frameworks.Experience in IT Management with strong understanding of IT Operations and ITIL frameworks.Self-driven to understand the organization and operations, identify opportunities and develop solutions to gain alignment with stakeholders, and implement.Ability to collect data, consolidate into a meaningful understanding so that it can be analyzed, and decisions taken.Interpret and deal with incomplete data, and exercise judgement where there is ambiguity.Strong experience in project management skills; developing plans, executing effectively with status reporting and risk management to deliver on target.Strong documentation skills, and the ability to work in rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.Ability to influence others which are not directly reporting to you.Open-minded and future looking to identify gaps and implement improvements.Ability to understand more strategic and tactical perspectives, yet understanding operational details to know how to get things done.Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various teams.Fluent in English.
