You will research and deploy new services, and help to design and maintain our 99.99% uptime system across a cutting-edge infrastructure.As a Cybersecurity Specialist at RavenPack, you will be reporting to the CyberSecurity Manager. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be integrating and monitoring security tools, implementing changes to the infrastructure, observing compliance adherence, and spreading the security awareness motto.To excel as a CyberSecurity Specialist, you should possess strong technical skills in security and IT (system and network administration, scripting abilities), along with communication and user interaction capabilities. The ability to communicate effectively in English both in writing and verbally is a must. Knowledge of Spanish is welcome, but not a business requirement. European Union legal working status is required. Relocation assistance available, but working remotely is not possible for this position.ResponsibilitiesManage the cybersecurity team's suite of security tools.Monitor and fortify the company's networks and infrastructure.Maintain compliance with information security standards.Develop and update security policies, standards, and best practices.Conduct regular penetration testing.Perform periodic security audits.Collaborate with infrastructure, product, and development teams on security-related matters.Recommend security enhancements to management or senior IT staff.Assist staff with information security issues and incident responses.Analyze and interpret threat intelligence data.Perform operational security maintenance tasks.Participate in the OnCall shift rotations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.Experience of a minimum of 3-5 years in IT, networking, or system administration roles, followed by at least 2 years specifically in an InfoSec role.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Knowledge of various security methodologies and processes, and technical security solutions (firewall, WAF, and intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM).Knowledge of TCP/IP, computer networking, routing and switching.Experience with cybersecurity tooling: Qualys, Acunetix, NMAP, OpenVas, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus, Nikto...Understanding of the principles of IT risk assessment and management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
