Your work-life opportunity: Glovo is looking for a Sr Operations Analyst to work in our Barcelona office, bringing support to the Europe & Central Asia team.

Be a part of a team where you will: Provide analytical support to the operations team Perform analysis to come up with some insights to help improve the delivery time in all the cities in the region Work closely with the tech department to monitor changes in the dispatching algorithm Track the impact of all the new implementations that you have proposed by checking the daily metrics of the cities Own all dashboards and build new tools to improve the visibility of metrics in the department Understand the operations model in Glovo to provide advice to the team Give life to your craziest ideas and have an immediate impact Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference You have: 3+ years of experience in similar functions Bachelor in Engineering, Maths or any technological domain Passionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big Excel proficiency Experience in SQL Professional English An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude Experience our Glovo Life benefits: Enticing equity plan (if applicable) Top-notch private health insurance Monthly Glovo credit to spend on our restaurant products and zero delivery fee on all Glovo orders!
