Do you have a passion for driving business growth and fluency in German? We are looking for a proactive individual to join our team as a Business Developer. If you have a knack for identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships, we would love to hear from you!

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) Management: Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and meet daily and weekly activity targets.Account Management: Handle a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify and target high-potential prospects.Customer Education: Educate potential customers on the company's offerings and solutions.Outbound Campaigns: Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, including cold calling.Engage with C-level decision-makers, build rapport, and assess business needs.Solution Selling: Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and match these with appropriate cloud solutions to build value in the sales process.CRM Management: Update and maintain customer data in Salesforce.com, managing leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities.KPI Achievement: Work towards individual and team goals for productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline growth.Documentation: Document customer interactions and deal details thoroughly in Salesforce.com to ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of customer engagement.Essential Skills and QualificationsEducational Background: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.Language Proficiency: Excellent level of German (C2) and fluency in English (both written and spoken).Sales Experience: Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably within the IT industry.Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.Business Acumen: Ability to align business needs with appropriate solutions, demonstrating strong business insight.Sales Skills: Experience in cold calling and managing a large portfolio of accounts.
