We are looking for a full-time Director of Digital Marketing to join our team. If this sounds like a position that you would be interested in, please read the job description below.
Who are we looking forAre you the type of person that likes to optimize, well, everything? On top of getting the most out of your digital marketing dollars and ensuring your team is set up for success, perhaps you're constantly looking for ways to shorten your commute to work, or automate your redundant household chores. You've been managing a team of 5+ for a while now and are ready to take that next step as a Director at POD Marketing Inc.
ResponsibilitiesThe Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for the following:
Demonstration of our Core Values: Teamwork, Integrity, Positivity, Initiative.Support the development of best practice, processes, and training standards for the Digital Advertising, Search Engine Optimization, and Marketing Automation teams.Oversee the development of marketing service products that strike the right balance of speed, scale, and quality.Formulate and implement processes to achieve consistent product quality and delivery.Ensure the performance of products drive success for our clients.Consult, train, and support our sales team.Support the training and development of the organization.Collaborate with stakeholders and team members across the organization on the evolution and improvement of products and services.Support coaching and mentorship to team members across the organization.Skills & Experience10+ years experience in digital marketing, inclusive of creative, DTC lead generation, integrated media, content, paid media (full funnel experience in Facebook, Google, programmatic), advertising, search engine optimization, and marketing automation.5+ years people management (strategic focus, direction/guidance, forward thinking).Data obsessed approach to performance-based marketing with experience in experimentation as well as data visualization to effectively drive and communicate results.Experienced in web strategy and development.Expert level understanding of full funnel marketing strategy with the ability to implement, communicate, and train on the topic.Strong working knowledge of SEO, BOF lead gen tactics, TOF advertising, marketing automation, web-based lead generation, and CRO.Incredible initiative demonstrated through tons of creativity and a strong portfolio of ideas submitted, and ideas failed.All Google certifications achieved and current.Background in client-facing sales or account management is an asset.How to ApplyAt Pod, we believe that most job requirements and conceptual knowledge are easily trainable.
