Medis has extensive experience in generic pharmaceuticals and offers a broad portfolio of products and intellectual property to other pharmaceutical companies.Please note:For this role, we offer a temporary contract for maternity leave cover.How you'll spend your dayOverall management of orders & documents related to Supply Chain.Registration of Supply orders into SAP (Medis IT system) within a given timeline (max 3 days).Overview of orders that cannot be registered in SAP due to missing documents.Be proactive and alert to potential issues or constraints in the life cycle of an order.Follow up on data accuracy from manufacturing sites.Attend to daily service requests from both customers and manufacturing sites.Manage internal information flow regarding orders and products.Monitor continuous improvement opportunities with a focus on Lean methodology.Be precise with numbers and information on clients' orders.Your experience and qualificationsWe are happy to consider candidates with FPI or FPII or higher education.Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must; part of the interview will be conducted in English.Customer service and process-oriented with process improvement skills.Good analytical, planning skills, and flexibility to adapt to changes.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Positive thinking.Familiarity with pharmaceutical supply chain processes is an advantage, but we will consider candidates from different sectors/industries.Proficient in MS Excel.Experience in SAP is an advantage - not a must.Reports To:Associate Director Supply Chain Relationship & Perf Mgmt, SMSO & DivestmentsAlready Working @TEVA?If you are a current Teva employee, please apply using the internal career site available on "Employee Central".
