Bring support to the Retail Marketing Manager in the developing and execution of integrated retail marketing campaigns (offline and online) for the licence's portfolio and key Ips in the Spanish market. Follow-up of the licensing business in Direct to Retail clients.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the Retail Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of key retail marketing campaigns.Contribute in developing and preparing pitch decks to retailers and e-commerce partners for Ip´s introduction and retail marketing campaigns.Liaise with licensees/partners for prizes and premiums within required timelines for giveaways campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure alignment/feedback/approvals on all marketing deliverables.Play a strong supportive role in managing projects, campaigns, and events in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Keep track of budgets and prepare post-promotional analysis to measure the success of all marketing programs.Fulfil administrative tasks including issuing of purchase orders, payment processing, vendor creation, files consolidation, courier services, and other ad-hoc requirements.Minimum RequirementsAt least 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferably in a marketing role.A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a positive attitude.Multitasking.Knowledge of Retail Marketing/Merchandising and/or Entertainment Industry.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficient in PowerPoint and other tools to create presentations.C1 Level both English and Spanish.
