Tasks What you'll be doing:
Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way. You can put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions. Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client. Becoming an expert on all things New Balance. Embrace our company values and act as a brand ambassador. Requirements What skills & experience you'll bring to us:
A fluent level of Portuguese & Italian with exceptional grammar and spelling skills (knowledge of other languages is a plus). High level of English (Both written and spoken). A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy. Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail. A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem solving. Benefits What do we offer?
Start date: 11th of March. Contract: Temporary - (3-month contract with the view to be extended to a permanent contract). Full-time: (39 hours/week). Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday - 10:00 am - 19:00 pm. Salary: 17,600€ per year. Holidays: 2 holidays occurred per calendar month. Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu. Hybrid: Working from the office 3 days per month / or for client visits / Training / the rest working from home. Training: 8 Days of Full-Time paid training from the office (Mon-Fri) - 10:00 am - 19:00 pm. Office location: Barcelona, La Sagrera.
