Digital Marketing Specialist
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating digital assets and workflow implementation within Marketing Automation. They maintain a working knowledge of available digital tools and channels while focusing on inbound Marketing Team Requests and overall lead generation. This role requires independent management of tasks, and commitment to established automation design and brand standards.
In this role you'll:
- Create and collaborate on various types of marketing content for external audiences; content responsibilities include web copy, email copy, subject lines, chatbot templates
- Select and build required automation workflows to support planned campaigns.
Maintain existing workflows with up-to-date content, and escalate content creation needs to Product Marketing
- Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including the calls-to-action, and content used in Marketing email sends
- Track the efficiency of all channel marketing projects, and subsequently measure results with other team members. This includes tight alignment with the External Communications Team to ensure consistency.
- Continue ongoing education in digital marketing platforms, including keeping up-to-date on current platforms
About the ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree required or job experience to match
- 1 year experience using Marketing CRM Platforms (Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc)
- 1 year experience working on a digital marketing team (internships accepted)
- 1 year experience working at a SaaS company preferred
