MISSION: Contribute to the permanent control framework of the entities in the scope, through a permanent analyst and check and challenge of the permanent control operational framework, verifying the compliance with the group's internal rules and regulatory requirements by LOD1 Finance.
RESPONSIBILITIES Process Mapping: C&C; the Process Mapping.RCSA: Control over the risks exhaustiveness of the RCSA (in relation with the other 2LoD). Check & Challenge of pairings with Finance risks. Entry of the Check & Challenge conclusions on Finance risks in RISK360 Tool.PI: Control over update respecting Group requirements. Review of the consistency and methodology of PI related to Finance risks. Check & Challenge for Finance PI.Procedures: Control over their update respecting Group requirements. Control over the consistency of the procedure inventory.HI: Check & Challenge for declared incidents with Finance risk types. Review the Accounting/HI cross check before its sending to RISK ORM.Controls: Control of the correct implementation of all generic control plans. Definition and performance of independent testing plan over 1LoD controls. Informed about exemptions' requests and decisions. Organization of 2LoD Control plan + calendar.Recos and PCA: Monitoring of the external auditors' recommendation issued in Internal Control Memorandum (ICM). Validation of the closure for all external auditors' recommendations. In some specific cases, validation of the closure of Regulators' recommendations related to Finance risks. Follow the implementation of all recommendations and actions of permanent control. Alert the management in case of significant delay detected for their implementation.Reporting: Preparation of the reports for 2LoD framework (Half-Yearly Group reporting). Self-assessment Finance questionnaire review. Contribution to the FACT D+26 Internal Control Indicators report.REQUIREMENTS 4 to 5 years of internal audit experience or 2 to 3 years of external audit experience.Bilingual English since all the work in an international HUB is in English. Portuguese or French is a plus.Master's degree in banking accounting is desirable.
