Address any client concerns and ensure resolution of issues in a timely manner.Have a strong pipeline management and business planning.Identify and develop cross-sell opportunities for additional products and services.Manage designated ad-hoc projects.Maintain a working knowledge of designated industry groups and the issues they face and be aware of AIG appetite for these industries.Work based on team goals and priorities.What we're looking for:Strong experience in similar positions in the Insurance industry (Distribution / Sales department with Commercial Insurance background).Experience in managing brokers and clients (CBE).Bachelors Degree: Business administration or Law degree will be valuable.Fluent in English.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Team player with interpersonal skills.Dealing with ambiguity.Results driven.Capacity to generate influence among clients, peers or procedures.Knowledge on Salesforce and Power BI will be valuable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
