- Managing the design, deployment and delivery of large highly complex strategic programs, the Program Manager will provide IT solutions to a number of key domains.
- Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams to execute large, complex IT programs.Understand the business direction, align strategy to scope of the critical DDIT program, and drive measurable expected results aligned with business process and solution standards.Monitor all major program activities, ensuring the accuracy, quality and integrity of the information, while providing consistency in content and deployment standards.Lead the project team members and provide thought leadership aligned with expected results and consistency of implementation approach and collaborate effectively with DDIT organizations providing services to the program.Own project status, issues and risks through appropriate channels/tools and ensures that these are reported back to agreed program governance (e.g.
Steering Committee) with focus on required actions, ownership and risk management.May oversee pool of DDIT project managers for function, responsible for coaching and development, as well as use of project management standards and best practices.Reporting of technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.Delivery of project results according to agreed quality, schedules and cost whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.
Minimum requirements: - Experience leading large and/or diverse multi-functional teams in a complex matrix environment.
- Strong Program Management experience with a proven track record delivering programs.
- Excellent communication and the ability to communicate technical details in a clear and succinct manner.
- Exposure to a number of domains.
- University Degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Business or similar.
