Could you be the full-time Railway Spareparts Bidding Technician in Madrid we're looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your ability with customer relationship to another level.
You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end relationship with parts customers, recording quotations from sales order registration, back-office delivery tracking through to payment, including master data management and preparation of key performance indicators.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Services and Components), dealing with assigned customer accounts and much more.
You'll specifically take care of creating customised offers taking into account the customer's needs, but also you will establish the winning strategy in the procurement, tendering and the negotiation phase.
We'll look to you for: Conduct negotiations with customers independently and together with your manager and document them.
Act as the interface between customers and internal departments to achieve sales offers.
Prepare all relevant tender documents for each customer.
Implement and collaborate if required on strategic sales targets.
Relation of customer-oriented activities.
Registration of offers, opportunities and execution and follow-up of the same.
Delivery follow-up.
Execution of administrative support activities.
Support and follow-up of Business, KPIs and digital tools.

3 years of experience in a customer service department.
Previous experience working with final clients or customer support.
Medium English level is a must.
Previous experience working with SAP, Office and e-commerce platforms.
Desirable knowledge of railway industry.
