Could you be the full-time Railway Components Project Engineer (Quality Requirements) in Bilbao (Trápaga) we're looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your ability managing quality in projects to another level. You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You will ensure all quality factors required by the client for each phase of the project are met by Alstom standards. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, internal and external stakeholders), liaise with quality and safety client teams, as well as conduct the ICSS (Internal Customer Satisfaction Surveys) along with the Project Manager in order to develop and deploy the specific action plan extracted from this analysis and much more.
You'll be responsible for providing support for project audits, revisions, and approvals on the supplier quality systems, but also keeping track of all action plan progress.
We'll look to you for:
Assist clients during the installations inspections and also the providers/suppliers performance.
Carry out periodic reports monitoring quality indicators and suggest improvements.
Ensure all quality factors required by the client for each phase of the project are met by Alstom standards.
Liaise with quality and safety client teams, as well as conduct the ICSS (Internal Customer Satisfaction Surveys) along with the Project Manager in order to develop and deploy the specific action plan extracted from this analysis.
Provide support for project audits, revisions, and approvals on the supplier quality systems.
Keep track of all action plan progress.

Academic background: University degree in Engineering or related studies.
Experience: 3-5 years working as a Project Manager in the Industrial sector.
Essential: High level of English.
Deep knowledge of all the phases within the project as well as quality standards.
Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
