Join our TeamAbout the opportunityWe are now looking for a Radio Network Engineer, who:Will be responsible for performing analysis, audit, design, and optimization of telecom networks based on technical knowledge.Should understand technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs.Will be responsible for on-time delivery with optimized resources and working closely with the Project team.Will support the Initial Tuning Lead to deliver the project as per agreed deliverables.What you will doWork with remote teams, including coaching, mentoring, and internal support activities.Have a deep technical understanding and ability to extract insight from network data to deliver high-quality network design, audit, and optimization services according to Ericsson requirements and customer needs and specifications.Support pre-sales organization, e.G., Solution Architects, with credible business opportunities for services, products, and SW sales.Work with new Ericsson analytics solutions related to automation and ML tools.Work independently and provide quality deliverables per project or service scope.Drive technology innovation aiming at identifying project efficiencies, new solutions, and services.Hands-on troubleshooting activities during project rollouts, installation, configuration, integration, and testing.Create MOPs for different activities as per the solution document.Participate in technical presentations and share learnings with team members.Support the deployment of solutions.Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing.The skills you will bringBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunication/Computer Networking, or a related field.Business level of English.Minimum years of experience: 5.Domain experience: Area of expertise – technology integration, and scripting for RAN.Deep technical knowledge in RAN (the needed skills to be capable of finding solutions to solve issues in 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G Radio network).Broad technical acumen.Problem-solving ability.Creative thinking.Problem handling skills.Team Player.Leadership.Creating & Innovating.Applying Expertise & Technology.Analyzing.Delivering Results & Meeting Customer expectations.Self-organized.Desirable Skills:Scripting/Programming: Java, Perl, CORBA, SQL, Python, Json.Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (ML & AI) applied to NRO services.Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you ´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
