If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Malaga (on-site), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in the satellite television provider industry.
What you will do in this role:
Answer questions and help eCommerce customers by phone and chat with relevant actions related to online orders and deliveries.
Handle calls that are not answered by stores and submit customer inquiries via CRM systems.
Always focus on providing good customer experiences in every customer contact, including a focus on continuous improvement of our customer satisfaction.
Follow the processes and procedures created for the project.
Opportunity to handle inquiries via social media and email in the future.
Be on site at a timely manner, ready to start work at the agreed time.
Work together as a group and achieve set goals.
Your qualifications:
Are bilingual or proficient in Dutch.
Are adaptable, customer focused and able to learn tasks and processes.
Are energetic with well-developed communication skills.
Have excellent time management skills.
Have good computer skills, knowledge and experience of Microsoft and Internet.

Full-time 39 hours/week contract: Indefinite first 2 weeks Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00 then Mon - Fri 08:00 - 18:00 and Sat 09:00 - 17:00.
