Job Description
As a Sr. Operation Project Manager, Global, you will oversee and manage projects to improve operations (Sales and CS) support and customer satisfaction. Your role involves bringing new ideas and solutions to our developing areas, with a strong focus on understanding customer feedback and implementing playbooks and content that resonate with our upsell teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals and are delivered on time and within budget.Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize tools to analyze data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Documentation Management: Develop and implement playbooks and content that enhance the customer experience and reflect on the growth of our operations across the markets.Innovation and Problem Solving: Bring new ideas and solutions, addressing challenges proactively and strategically.Customer Feedback Loop: Keep a customer feedback loop to meet the needs and expectations.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer service, to share insights and drive initiatives.Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, focusing on improving the whole GTM and retention strategy, and be able to deeply understand the sales processes as well as the customer journey within our upsell products.Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive plans specifying goals, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
