As the R&I Product Design Manager, your mission will be to translate the strategy into new formulas for our products.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Develop new recipes using ingredients derived from milk cracking.Validate new recipes at pilot scale in coordination with IDDC, following UX guidelines.Provide recipe ingredient lists to regulatory to understand the legal and communication impact of the new proposals.Execute and follow a validation plan for each new recipe in coordination with IDDC and UX.Responsible for executing pilot trials to ensure successful implementation, providing robust alternatives that can be easily replicated at an industrial scale.Be an active part of industrial trials execution, anticipating risks and proposing solutions in case deviations are detected.To be successful in this role we believe that it is positive to have:
