Develops long range plans of action to achieve a vision that can be communicated and executed by the team
Project Management:
Implements use of EPM/LEAN tools for R&D processes
Demonstrates strong project management skills & use of project planning tools
Prioritizes work within Stonewall/Twinkle process to accelerate project outcomes and drive results
Identifies and addresses critical issues quickly
Allocates time, effort and resources for greatest impact
Gains agreement cross-functionally on priorities
