The focus of this role is technical support. You will assist and mentor our customers in the use of our cloud hosted operator training solutions. You will work as part of a larger development team, closely with the R&D team to understand the inner workings of the software to provide effective support. In addition to support, you will also participate in developing as well as testing new features. This position will involve close collaboration with other developers, QA testers, product managers, and end-users. It may also involve mentoring junior team members. As a senior member, you are expected to take ownership, be self-driven, and deliver high-quality support in a timely manner
