We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Project Management Office, which is in charge of the management of R&D European and national projects at CIRCE as well as technology transfer contracts with private clients.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
The candidate will support the researchers by managing Horizon Europe and National funded projects from the grant preparation phase to the project closure:
Internal coordination of the Research Areas involvedCoordination of international consortiumsRepresentation before the European CommissionRepresentation of CIRCE before the consortiumBudget preparation and controlProject progress monitoringPreparation of project reports and review of deliverablesOrganisation and management of plenary meetingsSupport the preparation of new project proposalsCoordination and support of dissemination activitiesSupport CIRCE's positioning, results exploitation, and internationalizationThe candidate will also be involved in the management of key technology transfer projects:
