The job position involves participating in the design and development of new products, as well as improving and maintaining existing products, both immunofluorescence and ELISA.
A dynamic person is required, predisposed to continuous learning, with initiative, the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment, and a passion for teamwork.
The ability to communicate with the client is also essential to centralize the development of the company's projects.
Responsibilities: Collaborate in the compilation and elaboration of technical information to support the entry of new products or improvements of existing ones, as well as in strategic projects and the launch of new products.
Conduct research tasks to study and solve situations that arise in the product lifecycle.
Design and develop new products or modifications of existing products.
Define the basic information necessary for the manufacture and control of the developed products (formulation, production instructions, control, and use).
Continuously acquire scientific-technical knowledge related to the products of the line.
Provide scientific-technical support to other departments.
Understand the work routine of clients.
Collaborate in the technical training of colleagues from the Client and Business Area, as well as in queries/claims, executing the necessary technical checks.
Requirements: Higher University Degree related to Health Sciences (Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Biology).
Experience in immunofluorescence and microscopy will be valued.
Capacity for initiative, autonomy, and resolution.
Ability to train and transmit knowledge and experiences to others.
Languages: Fluent English.
