R&D Hair Care Manager

Our client, an expert at developing and manufacturing innovative and sustainable personal care products within the national and international markets, is looking for a R&D Manager to expand its business. Are you willing to hear more about it?
As a Hair Care Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Management of a team of 5-6 people and providing technical support for the performance of tasks.Management of hair projects such as shampoos, hair treatments, styling, etc., as well as innovation, development, and reformulation projects.Product development: from the design of formulas in accordance with the briefing, project follow-up until the launch (claims, safety test, compatibility, industrial scaling).Continuous improvement and technical support during the life of the product on the market (manufacturing, quality, etc.).Collaboration with different actors of product development: internal (regulatory, marketing, quality, commercial, etc.) and external (suppliers, customers).The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in similar roles and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
