Local Unit & Position Description: The R&D Project Certification Unit is based in Madrid and Barcelona and offers R&D project certification services. Our department was created in June 2014, but it has a human team with more than 14 years of experience in this sector. We have a client portfolio that includes the large and main companies with representation in Spain as well as a large pool of SMEs, all of them with great dedication and investment in R&D&I activities. The qualification of these activities will be carried out by qualified personnel following the guidelines of art. 35 of the Corporate Tax Law in accordance with the accreditation requirements established by ENAC. Now we are looking for an R&D Customer Support Coordinator.

This is a high client-oriented position whose main tasks will be:

Before selling: Look for new business opportunities in current customers and new customers. Plan projects and identify customer needs for each project, taking into account priorities and being proactive in cross-selling possibilities.After selling: Follow up on our customers' projects, transmitting confidence and control while focusing on their needs.
We are looking for a Sales Support Representative who will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. Key responsibilities are:
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
Position Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer support role.Track record of over-achieving quota.Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.Bachelor's degree.
