TasksYour responsibilities working as a R2R Accountant will be: Responsible for the balance sheet analysis and reconciliationResponsible for driving month-end and year-end closingResponsible for preparation of end of month accrualsControlling cash flowsPreparing the VAT declarationPreparing documents for auditSupporting the implementation of new accounting processes and toolsEnsuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and proceduresContributing to projects for continuous improvement purposesRequirementsSkills, experiences, and interests you need to succeed in this role: You are fluent in English and any other languages are an assetYou have a bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Finance (or related)You are fluent in English, German will be a big plusYou have 1-3 years of experience within finance (Accounting, audit)You are adaptable, accurate, proactive, responsible, and a problem solverBenefitsWhat's in it for you?
