Job Description:- As a digital customer support specialist, your main tasks and activities will include:
Assuring the quality and user-friendliness of our products by putting the customer's needs first.Analyzing the incoming support items and defining actions to reduce the number of tickets.This job description is not a limited list: you make suggestions on how to improve our processes, products, and interactions.Requested Skills:Focus on the end user with good & friendly communication skills.Written proficiency in the following languages: Dutch, French, and preferably also German.English will be used as a main communication language within the company.Ability to put yourself in the place of the user and have the user as your main focus.Curious, with a need to figure out how things work (investigate).Good understanding of relevant areas/products/user stories.Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills.Able to handle complaints and challenging customers.Handle technical queries and improve the knowledge base.Team player who is able to work efficiently and independently.Hands-on mentality, getting things done.Working independently in a structured approach.Open to learn and have new experiences.You have between 1 and 4 years of experience.SD Worx offers you, besides a competitive salary and benefits package, the autonomy and flexibility to take ownership of your work.
